Recipes with Everyday Pantry Items is a practical, budget-friendly cooking class designed to help participants turn simple staples into flavorful, nutritious dishes. In this hands-on session, we’ll explore how to build balanced, nutrient-dense meals using common pantry items such as canned beans, rice, pasta, canned vegetables, broth, spices, nut butters, and shelf-stable grains. Participants will learn how to combine these ingredients with fresh or frozen foods to maximize flavor, stretch their grocery budget, and reduce food waste. Enrollment is capped at 12 to maintain an interactive learning environment. You will also earn your 1 wellness point for attendance.
