Employee Stretch Class

Take a break from your workday and improve your overall wellness with our Employee Stretch Class! This guided class focuses on gentle stretching, mobility, and relaxation techniques designed to reduce muscle tension, improve flexibility, and promote better posture. Participants will learn stretches that target common areas of tightness caused by daily stress and prolonged sitting or standing.
