CCAT Sustainability Workshop

Come by and relax! We strive to create a warm and welcoming environment that is equally friendly to both veteran FGC (Fighting Game Community) video game players and newcomers alike. We simply wish to provide a kind and casual community for those who want to relax and play video games after a long week of classes. While we mainly have setups for Super Smash Bros Ultimate, we also have other fighting games such as Super Smash Bros. Melee, Guilty Gear Strive, Tekken 8, Street Fighter 6, Marvel vs Capcom, and many more! We also welcome recommendations if there's a specific game you'd like to play! Appropriate Computing Series

Join us for a public lecture on artificial intelligence by Jaron Lanier, scientist, musician, artist, and author. A pioneer of virtual reality and a leading voice in the ethics of technology, Mr. Lanier brings a uniquely humanistic perspective to today’s rapidly evolving AI landscape. His work explores how technology interacts with culture, creativity, and connection, and challenges us to think critically about the role of AI. The lecture will be followed by a book signing.  A selection of Mr. Lanier's books will be available for purchase through the Campus Bookstore. Smash Bros + FGC Video Game Club Meeting

Come by and relax! We strive to create a warm and welcoming environment that is equally friendly to both veteran FGC (Fighting Game Community) video game players and newcomers alike. We simply wish to provide a kind and casual community for those who want to relax and play video games after a long week of classes. While we mainly have setups for Super Smash Bros Ultimate, we also have other fighting games such as Super Smash Bros. Melee, Guilty Gear Strive, Tekken 8, Street Fighter 6, Marvel vs Capcom, and many more! We also welcome recommendations if there's a specific game you'd like to play! We hold weekly free-to-enter Super Smash Bros Ultimate tournaments that start at 7:30 PM, so test your might against the best here! ADPI+MENA Cultural Graduation

The Asian, Desi, Pacific Islander, Middle Eastern, and North African (ADPI+MENA) Cultural Graduation Celebration is a special gathering to honor the achievements, resilience, and cultural heritage of our graduates. This intimate event brings together peers, faculty, family, and friends to celebrate the incredible journey our graduates have taken at Cal Poly Humboldt. It is a time to recognize their hard work, reflect on their growth, and express gratitude to those who have supported them along the way. The ADPI+MENA Cultural Graduation Celebration is more than just a ceremony; it is a space to embrace and uplift the rich traditions and diverse experiences that shape our community.  This celebration is voluntary and is open to all graduating students who would like to participate, regardless of race, sex, color, ethnicity, or national origin.
