Practice loading animal and human models, explore prosection techniques, and navigate digital cadavers. Addressing Sexual Consent Online

If someone has their sexual pictures shared without their consent, it can feel isolating, hurtful, and overwhelming. In this workshop we’ll discuss survivors' options for after their digital sexual images are shared without their consent. The facilitators are mandated reporters, so we will be talking about this generally; not asking about specific people’s experiences. We will provide contact for the Campus Advocate Team (707) 445-2881 should anyone want to talk or receive resources without having to report. Please know, we are here to support you. This workshop is part of the Healthy Relationship SkillShop series. All workshops center on supporting survivors of violence and respecting diversity. Sailing 101

Sailing 101 is a multi-day, hands-on course designed to teach the fundamentals of small-boat sailing in a supportive, safety-focused environment. Led by Humboldt Bay Aquatic Center's sailing instructors, this course provides the skills and confidence needed to sail a dinghy independently on Humboldt Bay.  Participants will learn essential sailing terminology, how to rig and de-rig a Laser sailboat, launch and recover safely, and handle a sailboat under a variety of mild conditions. Instruction is primarily on the water, with guided practice in steering, tacking, jibing, stopping and starting, docking, capsize recovery, and basic navigation around other vessels and docks.
