Take Back the Night

This is a free market with students and campus organizations to set up blankets on the quad and give out free domestic violence resources, safe sex supplies, art, clothes, and anything they'd like to provide the campus community. Cannabis and Environment Symposium

The 3rd Annual Cannabis and Environmental Stewardship Symposium aims to cultivate common ground for diverse stakeholders to learn from each other about opportunities and challenges related to the promotion of environmental stewardship in concept and practice. HoS: Birds of the Pacific Northwest

Join us in the Hall of Simulation for Birds of the Pacific Northwest! Participants get to explore the incredible variety of songbirds that live in and migrate through Humboldt County. Using the Digital Wall, Flight Simulator, Anatomage Table, and FireSim display, we’ll listen to local bird calls, look at real migration data, and even take a bird’s-eye “flight” over the region. Appropriate Computing Series

A public lecture by Mark van der Laan: Prof. van der Laan is the Jiann-Ping Hsu/Karl E. Peace Professor of Biostatistics and Statistics at the University of California, Berkeley and co-director of Center for Targeted Machine Learning and Causal Inference in the school of public health. He has pioneered methods that combine the flexibility of machine learning with the rigor of causal inference, helping make computational systems more reliable, informative, and useful for real-world judgment and decision-making. Plant Bingo - Earth Week
