We will explore what is enjoyed or helpful about screen time use (i.e. positive connections and support, learning new things, can open up more opportunities, fun, can be creative ) and will also explore what can be challenging (i.e. loss of time/time blindness, lack of basic self care, feeling overall worse after scrolling or social media, miscommunications, loss of fun opportunities, loss of study time).
