Destination: Bear Lakes (Big Bear Lake & Little Bear Lake)
Disclaimer - This 11-mile out-and-back trail winds deep into the heart of the Trinity Alps, leading adventurers to two stunning alpine lakes. With 3,471 feet of elevation gain, this route is best suited for intermediate backpackers and/or avid hikers. While the beauty is undeniable, the journey demands preparation, especially for the sustained 5.5-mile ascent with a loaded pack. We strongly encourage participants to condition their bodies ahead of time; backpacking is rarely easy, and this trail is no exception. Though challenging, it’s a rewarding endeavor for those in solid physical condition, and we want to set clear expectations to ensure a safe and enjoyable…
Organization: OUTDOOR ADVENTURES, WOMXN'S RESOURCE CENTER. Responsible Person at Event Name: Journee Eib.
Friday, August 15, 2025, 2:00 PM – 9:00 PM.
Off Campus.
