Tea & Talk is intentionally scheduled during the workday to affirm institutional support for employee learning and well-being. These conversations are designed not just as moments of connection, but as professional development spaces where participants strengthen their ability to lead inclusively, deepen collaboration across roles and disciplines, and reflect on the pressing issues that shape our shared workplace.
Guided by principles of confidentiality, respect, and cultural humility, each gathering offers a trusted environment for dialogue, listening, and mutual learning.
