Student Housing Stability & Basic Needs
This interactive workshop is designed to connect Glendale Community College students with campus and community resources that address housing insecurity and other basic needs barriers to student success. Through presentations, panel discussions, and direct engagement with service providers, students will gain practical knowledge about available support services, eligibility requirements, and strategies for maintaining housing stability while pursuing their educational goals.
The workshop seeks to reduce stigma associated with seeking assistance, increase awareness of existing resources, and empower students to access support early before housing challenges negatively impact their academic achievement and well-being.
