Feeling overwhelmed? You're not alone. Juggling school, work, family, and everything else going on in the world is a lot. This talk, led by Megan Torrey-Payne, LCSW and Psychology student Paris Cheung, covers practical, research-backed strategies to help you manage stress and take care of yourself.
By the end of this session, participants will be able to:
Identify at least two research-based self-care strategies they can apply immediately to reduce stress and prevent burnout in their personal and professional lives.
, Develop a personal action plan for managing overwhelm that supports their overall well-being and improves their effectiveness in school or the workplace.
