Environmental Justice - Movie Screening

Come join the Otter Cross Cultural Center and Associated Students for another exciting Earth Day Fest Event! Many of us have heard about climate change and have felt the weight of its impacts one way or another. Whether that comes through as anxiety, anger at inaction, or hopeful for future solutions, attending this event will be an afternoon to recognize these feelings and learn about environmental justice. It is important to acknowledge that a sustainable future starts by acknowledging who is being the most impacted by anthropogenic climate change and uplift those voices at the forefront of this movement. DNA Day 2025

Celebrate DNA Day! This day commemorates the completion of the human genome project in 2003, and the discovery of the DNA double helix in 1953. Come hear a panel of guest speakers talk about their work in genomics, and their career journeys to end up in this field. There will be snacks! CSUMB Health and Wellness Services team has certified trainers who offer training to students, faculty & staff in the evidence-based suicide prevention program Question, Persuade, and Refer. Spring 2025 Marine Science Capstone

The spring 2025 marine science capstone is a comprehensive culmination of academic study and practical application within the field of marine biology and oceanography. It involves a research project or study that integrates knowledge acquired throughout the program, focusing on topics such as marine ecosystems, biodiversity, conservation, or oceanographic processes.
