Five Senses Nature Walk
Take a mindful stroll through the beautiful landscapes of the CSUMB campus and reconnect with the natural world. This guided walk will invite you to slow down, breathe deeply, and engage all your senses — from the sound of birdsong to the scent of coastal sage. Discover how spending time in nature can refresh your mind, boost your mood, and ground your spirit. Come explore the healing power of the outdoors, right in our own backyard!
We'll start at the main entrance to the library. The walk will be no more than one mile with little elevation change. The trail will be on sidewalks and gravel paths. Please plan to be outside with comfortable walking shoes, water botte, sunscreen, sunglasses, layers, etc.

Otter Thursday
Every Thursday, we celebrate Otter Thursday and we invite our entire campus community to come together and show CSUMB pride by wearing school colors. From 11:30am to 1:30pm, students, faculty, and staff gather at the Otter Student Union for exciting music, games, giveaways, and free food.
