Glow in the Dark Yoga
Practice yoga under black lights - GLOWGA!
Join Basic Needs for All Community Yoga on Mondays in the OSU Ballroom! Having your mental, physical, and social-emotional well-being fed is a basic need, too! These classes are designed to be accessible to all and to best support the whole YOU. Arrive early to add some glow body paint to your flow (on January 29)!
We will have limited yoga supplies available, so if you have them, please bring your own yoga mat, bolster, blanket, and blocks. Be sure to have a water bottle on hand. Pre-registration is HIGHLY recommended. A waiver is required to participate. For specific accommodation needs, please email Robyn DoCanto at rdocanto@csumb.edu.
