Safer Zone, as a training program, educates the broader CLC community about various LGBTQIA+ topics to reduce acts of bias and hate towards members of the LGBTQIA+ community. The first session tackles the basics of gender and sexuality, including gender vs. sexuality, a pronoun crash-course, and experiences faced. The second session establishes one root of homophobia and transphobia, connecting it to the liberation of all oppressed people.
