Like many meeting spaces across the Emory campus, Winship does not have a dedicated Multimedia Specialist assigned to provide onsite support for meetings. Many meeting organizers are comfortable operating the audiovisual (AV) equipment independently, while others choose to reserve the room in advance to familiarize themselves with the equipment using the available instructions and reference guides.
All AV equipment has been recently inspected, and any identified issues are currently being addressed. In addition, the operating instructions and quick-reference tip sheets are being updated to improve the user experience. If you encounter any equipment issues, please submit a request through the Winship Facilities Help Desk so the appropriate IT or AV service vendor can respond and resolve the issue.
