11/26: Like many rooms on campus, Winship does not have a Multimedia specialist position providing onsite meeting support. Many meeting coordinators are comfortable operating the AV equipment themselves and others book time in the room in advance to become familiar using the instructions. All of the equipment has been checked recently, issues are being addressed and instructions and tip sheets updated. Please submit any equipment issues through the Winship Facilities Help Desk to be addressed by IT or AV service vendor. For those desiring onsite support, we are pleased to announce an Emory partner who is now available for AV support and audio and video recording for meetings in Winship rooms. The Recording Service has been supporting events in Convocation Hall since 2019, their techs are experienced and have been oriented to the AV equipment in Winship meeting rooms.
