Summer Undergraduate Research Orientation Seminars
The Office of Undergraduate Research offers a series of seminars designed to equip students with essential knowledge and best practices for maintaining a safe, respectful, and efficient work environment.
Understanding chemical and lab safety, hazardous waste handling, and biosafety protocols helps students avoid accidents and meet regulatory standards, while learning about sexual harassment prevention fosters a respectful and inclusive atmosphere. These workshops also empower students to make informed decisions, stay safe, and contribute to a positive, productive workplace culture, both now and in their future careers.
