Owning Your Break

Owning Your Break is an interactive, wellness-focused workshop designed to help students reflect, recharge, and create a personalized Break Support Plan before the semester break. The workshop focuses on setting healthy boundaries, protecting mental well-being, and staying grounded during breaks from academic work. This is open to all USC students and is especially supportive for those who may find breaks stressful or overwhelming. Please consider sharing this opportunity with your students, advisees, or groups!
