Monday Mindfulness
Mindfulness Mondays with Laura Shaver-Hast offer SOM students ways to manage stress and burnout by using core mindfulness skills. Participants will also practice mini meditations as a means to connect and be grounded in confidence rather than anxiety. All Mindfulness Mondays will occur in room B1A in Building One.
