Virtual Reality Mindfulness

Learn mindfulness, relaxation, and resiliency skills using Virtual Reality! Come join us on Tuesdays from 12:00-1:30 p.m. in the CALM Oasis, Room 215, in the CHW & Russell House Patio! This innovative session will provide attendees with a virtual reality experience designed to enhance your meditation practices through mindfulness applications focused on peace and serenity and movement.
