V.R. Mindfulness Lab

Step into a new way to relax with our Virtual Reality Mindfulness Lab. Using VR headsets, you’ll explore guided meditation, calming environments, and stress-relief apps designed to help you recharge your mind and body. Whether you’re new to mindfulness or already practice it, this immersive experience makes finding calm easier than ever. This event is in partnership between USC School of Medicine and USC Counseling and Psychology Services (CAPS) Outreach and Engagement!  Come join us on... Students can settle in with their books, recharge with sweet treats, or unwind with coloring and chill vibes.
