The School of Hospitality Management is thrilled to host its 20th Annual Alumni in the Classroom event – a one-of-a-kind opportunity for students to learn from the best in the business.
Alumni in the Classroom has become a favorite event for undergraduate and graduate alumni from all graduating classes and hospitality career paths. The primary objective is to bring alumni into the classroom to share expertise in their respective area(s) and to share their lives in the hospitality industry with students.
The 20th Annual Alumni in the Classroom event will be held in person on Wednesday, October 15th, and Thursday, October 16th, on University Park campus.

Join us for an evening of celebration, connection, and inspiration! The Penn State Hotel and Restaurant Society (PSHRS) and the Penn State School of Hospitality Management will honor 14 outstanding alumni during the 2025 Alumni Awards Ceremony and Reception, held in conjunction with the school’s 20th Annual Alumni in the Classroom event.
Enjoy the opportunity to network with alumni, industry professionals, faculty and students while savoring great food and celebrating the remarkable achievements of our honorees.
