Basics on Belief: Religious Literacy Series
We are continuing our Basics on Belief: Religious Literacy Series this spring with a number of great speakers from many different traditions. We will be hosting these great speakers as a way to broaden the religious literacy and interfaith understanding here at Penn State!

Meditation with O-An Zendo
Come join us for two amazing sessions on meditation presented by O-An Zendo. We will learn about the Zen tradition and practice some loving kindness meditations with the teachers from the local Zen community. Two sessions will be held this semester: March 5 and April 16 from 3-4:30 P.M. in 107 Pasquerilla Memorial Lounge. We hope you can make it to this awesome opportunity to learn more about Buddhism and about meditation that is good for everyone.

Mindful Nature Walk at the Arboretum
Enjoy the warm weather with a guided mindfulness walk at the arboretum—slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with nature. Join Change of Campus (CoC) students for a mindfulness nature walk at the Arboretum. Meeting place (4pm) Henderson 20 or meet us at the Arboretum! Guided Nature Walk begins at 5pm. IF rain - indoor activity will be provided.
