Inner Path to Peace

The Inner Path to Peace session 1: The Mind-Body Connection, Participants will explore the science of mindfulness, discover the benefits of mindfulness and meditation, and learn some techniques to cultivate breath awareness. The Inner Path to Peace session 2: Embodied Practice, Participants will review the benefits of mindfulness and meditation more deeply, and practice techniques designed to focus mindful awareness on sensations within the body. The Inner Path to Peace session 3: Compassion for Self and Others, In this session, participants explore the constructs of self-compassion and engage in practices designed to cultivate those concepts.  No meditation experience is necessary. Inner Path to Peace

The Inner Path to Peace session 1: The Mind-Body Connection, Participants will explore the science of mindfulness, discover the benefits of mindfulness and meditation, and learn some techniques to cultivate breath awareness.
