Since 1930, Manhattan University has been awarding noteworthy students with membership into this “honorary society whose members have been selected on the basis of distinction in curricular and extracurricular fields of university life." Office of Career Pathways Presents: Careers in Patents for Engineers and Scientists, Students with a degree in engineering, computer sciences, or the hard sciences can take the US Patent Office's registration exam to become a patent agent. The exam is available virtually on-demand. Patent Agents can make up to $20,000 a year more than similarly situated engineers and scientists.
