Study Abroad Scholarships for Pell Grant Recipients!
The Gilman Scholarship is a competitive application process that provides Pell-eligible students the opportunity to study abroad. Awards can reach up to $5,000. The March application deadline is intended for study abroad programs or internships that start between May 1, 2026 to April 30, 2027. The deadline is Thursday, March 12, 2026 at 8:59pmET.
All Pell-eligible students are invited to attend this info session on Tuesday, February 3rd from 3:30-4pm in Miguel 314.

It works sitting around a campfire, and it works just as well when you are sharing a compelling narrative with an employer through a cover letter. Ideally, the cover letter, working in tandem with your resume, persuades the reader that you are the right fit for the job opening. In this workshop you will learn the basic formula for a professional cover letter and hear tips for crafting your message, so it resonates with the employer and the needs of their team. The New York State Department of Labor (NYSDOL) reports that, in 2023, NY pharmacists earned a median annual salary of $137,685.
