I'm writing in my role on the planning committee for President Kiss's inauguration. We're currently looking at scheduling the inauguration during Homecoming and Family Weekend, with the ceremony tentatively set for Friday, October 10th at 4:00 p.m. For a number of reasons, the Memorial Fieldhouse seems to be the best location for the ceremony. We'd then plan to turn the space over for a celebration event on Saturday evening. In an effort to contain costs, we're also considering asking Admissions to use the Fieldhouse for their Fall Open House on Monday, October 13th. I realize this is a significant request, but would it be possible to reserve the Fieldhouse starting at 7:00 a.m. on Tuesday, October 7th?
