Prioritzing Well-Being is Revolutionary

In the 21st century, it's revolutionary to reject traditional approaches to public management of our physical, behavioral, and emotional health. Every facet of how we address our health is shaped by social and cultural factors that dictate not only how we express (or conceal) our status, but also when and how we access appropriate treatment/care for our experiences, if at all. This is a choose-your-own-adventure style interactive group activity. Participants will be introduced to a prompt that guides them through social and emotional health scenarios, requiring role-playing and discussion to choose a course of action. It's easy to proclaim Self-care is important, but what happens in "reality" when our decisions are placed within the pressures of occupations, social obligations, and the judgments of peers? Read the scenarios, discuss the potential impacts of your decisions, and see if the path you choose leads to the healthiest outcomes! . Event Name: Prioritizing Well-Being is Revolutionary.
