A weekly DBT group, where you can connect with others and learn how to find your inner “chill”. The group will cover the 4 modules of DBT: Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotional Regulation, and Interpersonal Effectiveness. Sessions will be psychoeducational and interactive. Participants will also get an opportunity to bring their current challenges to the group, get feedback from the group, and learn how to apply DBT skills to manage these challenges.
Each session builds upon the previous one. Attending all sessions is highly recommended but NOT required. However, all participants must still complete the registration form below.

This biweekly group will provide participants the opportunity to connect with other students who are also seeking to grow and enhance their social connections on campus. Skills to Chill (Group)
A weekly DBT group, where you can connect with others and learn how to find your inner “chill”. The group will cover the 4 modules of DBT: Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotional Regulation, and Interpersonal Effectiveness. Sessions will be psychoeducational and interactive. Participants will also get an opportunity to bring their current challenges to the group, get feedback from the group, and learn how to apply DBT skills to manage these challenges.
Each session builds upon the previous one. Attending all sessions is highly recommended but NOT required. However, all participants must still complete the registration form below.

Participants will gain skills to strengthen social interactions, manage relationships, and build strategies to adapt to changes and manage emotions. All students are welcome!
