An InBody scan is a quick, non-invasive body composition analysis that measures metrics like muscle mass, body fat percentage, and water balance to provide a detailed breakdown of your overall health.

Build a tower of milkcrates one at a time; climb the tower as you build.

Students are on belay the whole time and not in danger of falling. Helmets and harnesses are provided and required. Generally students will have one attempt per event to see how high they can go.
