Classroom Technology Staging - Duncan

I would like to reserve Anne Belk Hall 103 to be used for a workroom for Classroom technology as it works toward building podiums for the Duncan Renovation. Our integrators cannot work within the building until the floors are finished, which means we will lose time. I was hoping we could book this space because it is close to the class tech office space and large enough for our integrators to do their work. We would like to book it through the first summer session, at minimum. July 17th would be the preferred end date. Starting date would be 5/18/26.
Please let me know if this is possible. This would be a huge help in getting the Duncan Renovation complete. I have spoke with the Administration on my side of things and they are hopeful this plan will work. Hopefully whomever makes this decision will allow this to happen. Thanks for your consideration.
