Events at the Union There will be a BeAM student staff member there to promote the MakerFest event we’re holding on LDOC, and encourage people to sign up via Heel Life to attend. They will also bring the button maker as an interactive activity, and have quarter-sheet flyers to give away that have information. Bhakti Yoga Club Meeting

Events at the Union Mindful meditation is a key practice of Bhakti Yoga. Original Yoga practices were made to help one control their thoughts and actions through raising awareness and self-regulation. Yoga from ancient India was originally meant for the mind before it was popularized as a physical activity. The UNC Bhakti Yoga club is working to help students experience these same fulfilling feelings through mindful meditation.
