Online Student Title IX Survey

The WSSU Title IX Office is conducting an anonymous research study examining the prevalence of sexual assault and dating violence, and students are invited to participate in the study. Title IX surveys generate valuable school-level data about the nature and extent of sexual assault and dating violence on WSSU’s campus so that we can create tailored prevention and response efforts and keep our campus safe. The survey is anticipated to take no more than 15 minutes. An email will be sent to student's WSSU email on April 3, 2023. Students will have access to the survey until May 1, 2023.  Upon completing the survey, student's name will be entered into a drawing. TMCF Campus Engagement date

Q&A session for students who are interested in applying for Thurgood Marshall College Fund "The Pitch" Summer Program.  The Pitch, a 72-hour business competition, provides the resources and knowledge to bridge the business building gap for HBCU students. A 100 undergraduate HBCU students, are placed in teams that include both the aspiring entrepreneurs, technology enthusiasts, and the product builders. The WSSU Title IX Office is conducting an anonymous research study examining the prevalence of sexual assault and dating violence, and students are invited to participate in the study. Title IX surveys generate valuable school-level data about the nature and extent of sexual assault and dating violence on WSSU’s campus so that we can create tailored prevention and response efforts and keep our campus safe. Academic Calendar The North Carolina state law requires that no person shall attend a college or university in North Carolina unless a certificate of immunization indicating that the person has received the immunizations required by law is presented to the college or university on or before the first day of registration. If the certificate of immunization has not been submitted to Winston-Salem State University by the date of the student’s initial registration, the University shall present a notice of deficiency to the student. The student shall have thirty (30) calendar days from the first day of class to obtain the required immunizations. In accordance with the 301.6 - Immunization policy, those persons who have not complied with the immunization requirements by the end of thirty (30) calendar days will be administratively withdrawn from the University unless a valid exemption exists. Online Student Title IX Survey

The WSSU Title IX Office is conducting an anonymous research study examining the prevalence of sexual assault and dating violence, and students are invited to participate in the study. Title IX surveys generate valuable school-level data about the nature and extent of sexual assault and dating violence on WSSU’s campus so that we can create tailored prevention and response efforts and keep our campus safe. The survey is anticipated to take no more than 15 minutes. An email will be sent to student's WSSU email on April 3, 2023. Students will have access to the survey until May 1, 2023.  Upon completing the survey, student's name will be entered into a drawing.
