Join the DLC Women's Center and the Office of Public Safety in this 9hr (spread over 3 weeks) course. You'll learn practical moves to self defense and have the opportunity to participate in a simulation experience at the end of the 3 weeks with out local RAD partner, the Hooksett PD. This course is a mix of lecture (3hrs) and hands on practice (6hrs).
