Purim

Purim is the Jewish holiday that commemorates the saving of the Jewish people from the hands of Haman. It is customary to dress in costume which symbolizes the hidden hand of G-d in the Purim story. We also read the megillah, give tzedaka (charity), eat a nice meal (Seuda) with loved ones, and give mishloach manot  (Purim baskets). Organization: EVENTS OFFICE.
