Delta Upsilon and Pi Kappa Phi will face off in a full-court 5v5 basketball game open to the entire campus. The event will include halftime and timeout performances and a live DJ Inzane vs. DJ Esh DJ battle. In recognition of Women’s History Month, a portion of event proceeds will support a women’s charity. Attendees who make a $5+ donation before halftime can vote on which member gets a shaving-cream pie to the face during the break.

The Neurodivergent Student Panel is an event hosted annually by the Iona University Counseling Center and Neurodiversity Club: Panelists with varying neurodivergent identities, such as Autism, ADHD, dyslexia, OCD, and more, will discuss how their neurodivergence shapes their experiences on Iona's campus. Iona Scholars Day (ISD) is an annual event to celebrate the scholarship and creative activities performed by Iona students. The day showcases faculty-mentored student work and allows students in all disciplines to recognize and appreciate each other's work through oral presentations, panel sessions, performances, and poster presentations. All students are encouraged to engage in scholarly and creative work with faculty, and share their work with the Iona community. David Autor, the inaugural Daniel (1972) and Gail Rubinfeld Professor in Economics at MIT, is one of the leading labor economists in the world. He is an internationally recognized authority on how technological change, globalization, and trade agreements affect labor markets. Autor also researches the causes of inequality and its remedies, including the effects of education and disabilities.
David’s latest book, The Work of the Future: Building Better Jobs in an Age of Intelligent Machines, is on why the United States lags behind other industrialized countries in sharing the benefits of innovation with workers and how we can remedy the problem. About the Play
After several years abroad, Helena Alving’s son, Oswald, returns home from Paris carrying an unspoken burden. As Helena works to build an orphanage in honor of her late husband—whose disreputable past continues to cast a long shadow over the family—she and Oswald become entangled with Pastor Manders, the housemaid Regina, and Regina’s father, Engstrand. About the Play
After several years abroad, Helena Alving’s son, Oswald, returns home from Paris carrying an unspoken burden. As Helena works to build an orphanage in honor of her late husband—whose disreputable past continues to cast a long shadow over the family—she and Oswald become entangled with Pastor Manders, the housemaid Regina, and Regina’s father, Engstrand. Each character guards private deceptions, and long-suppressed truths begin to surface.

Join the Institute for Thomas Paine Studies for a talk with historian Jack Kelly about his new book, Tom Paine's War: The Words That Rallied a Nation and the Founder for Our Time (2026) to explore two of Paine's essays--Common Sense and The American Crisis--that turned a rebellion over taxes into a true revolution. Kelly's tribute to 250th anniversary of American independence, the book is a riveting reflection on the power of words and belief.
