The Alexander Gallery is pleased to present, “Microclimates” a solo exhibition of work by Portland based artist, Hilary Pfeifer. This exhibition opens September 21 and runs through December 4, 2026. An artist reception will be held Wednesday, October 7 from 11:30 – 12:30 and Pfeifer will speak about her work at 11:30pm. In “Microclimates” mixed media installations and sculptural works are created from reclaimed materials to explore our relationship with the evolving natural world. In this work, Pfeifer uses humor, play and curiosity to create insects, plants, bird nests and trees that explore our attempt to master nature and how nature adapts or reasserts itself. The Oregon City Farmers Market is a year-round haven! It showcases local growers, farmers, ranchers, bakers, artisan food businesses, wineries, distilleries, cideries, breweries and crafters. Visitors can savor hot food and drinks, enjoy live music, and find engaging activities for kids throughout the year.
The market accepts debit cards, Oregon Trail (SNAP) cards and all WIC coupons, in addition to cash.
The Oregon City Farmers Market is open every Saturday through October 26th, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. and then runs every other Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
