Chrysalis Women Writers has been meeting for more than 25 years! All types of writing are welcome, including short story, poems, novels, memoirs, and plays, as well as nonfiction, and their authors may be new or experienced at the craft.
The group spends ten minutes on each writer’s piece. After the piece is read aloud, members comment on its strengths and weaknesses, or focus on areas of concern to the writer. The Board Game Club will host it's official meetings on Thursday from 12-2 p.m. in the Wacheno Welcome Center Conference Room 225 (Second floor of Wacheno Welcome Center). This is a social club created by Juan Cortes in the Counseling Department in response to the loneliness epidemic affecting our country and CCC Community. The Counseling Department recognizes that socialization is integral to maintaining our mental health and post-pandemic, it has been difficult for many to find third places to meet other people. The Board Game Club is a place to meet your fellow students, form friendships, all while playing fun games to break the tension!

This is a social club created by Juan Cortes in the Counseling Department in response to the loneliness epidemic affecting our country and CCC Community. This is a social club created by Juan Cortes in the Counseling Department in response to the loneliness epidemic affecting our country and CCC Community. The Counseling Department recognizes that socialization is integral to maintaining our mental health and post-pandemic, it has been difficult for many to find third places to meet other people. The Oregon City Farmers Market is a year-round haven! It showcases local growers, farmers, ranchers, bakers, artisan food businesses, wineries, distilleries, cideries, breweries and crafters. Visitors can savor hot food and drinks, enjoy live music, and find engaging activities for kids throughout the year.
The market accepts debit cards, Oregon Trail (SNAP) cards and all WIC coupons, in addition to cash.
The Oregon City Farmers Market is open every Saturday through October, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. and then runs every other Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

This is a social club created by Juan Cortes in the Counseling Department in response to the loneliness epidemic affecting our country and CCC Community. This film highlights the struggle of families impacted by lengthy incarceration.

Chrysalis Women Writers

Chrysalis Women Writers has been meeting for more than 25 years! All types of writing are welcome, including short story, poems, novels, memoirs, and plays, as well as nonfiction, and their authors may be new or experienced at the craft.
The group spends ten minutes on each writer’s piece. After the piece is read aloud, members comment on its strengths and weaknesses, or focus on areas of concern to the writer. Newcomers are always welcome! We meet in person on Wednesday at noon (12:00 pm) in the Literary Arts Center, Rook 220, and via Zoom. On the second night of our Spring Concert Series, we'll start off with some original songs done by the CCC Songwriters. Then the Contemporary Music Ensemble will be performing covers of pop/rock songs. Don't miss this unforgettable evening of music and community!
