Introduction to the Cougar Pause
Join us for an introduction to The Cougar Pause, our college’s new strategic equity resource designed to support planning, decision-making, and conscious reflection. This introductory session will just scratch the surface, giving you a chance to explore the purpose of the tool, engage with some of the materials on your own and with colleagues, and begin building confidence in how it can support your everyday work. This learning session is open to all staff and faculty.
