Mindfulness Fridays

Friday Mindfulness sessions Four Fridays at 12:40, Contact Susan Long with questions. Anyone who wishes to do so can gather in (Assisi room) and/or on Teams.  Each session we will engage in a practice “as the Spirit leads” such as Breath Meditation, Body Scan, Open Awareness meditation, Mindful Movement, Loving Kindness/Metta meditation. ·         Dates:   September 4th,   October 9th,   November 6th,   December 4th,   C. The St. Francis Inn is a restaurant-style soup kitchen serving over 350 meals a day to the neediest individuals and families in the Kensington section of Philadelphia since 1979. Neumann students assist with the preparation, serving and hospitality.  Spots are limited and transportation is provided!  Sign up to volunteer: https://signup.com/go/94mYyc. RISE(s) Up! Join us for a special networking event where purpose meets connection. Students and employers will work side by side to serve our community and build meaningful relationships. It’s a unique opportunity to connect through service and coming together to make a real difference. This event is a collaboration between the Center for Career & Professional Development and our office of Service Learning & Community Engagement (Mission and Ministry). Enneagram Discovery Book Study

Program: Enneagram Discovery – no prerequisite requirements, The Enneagram is a self-discovery tool which points toward nine possible methods of engagement in the world from a motivational perspective.  Whether you are new to the Enneagram or have studied it before, this book study helps, Discovering the nuances of these types provides a window into how our behaviors may be helping or hindering the way in which we navigate within and experience the world.  Through that awareness we can then make more conscious choices.
