Mindfulness Fridays

Friday Mindfulness sessions Four Fridays at 12:40, Contact Susan Long with questions. Anyone who wishes to do so can gather in (Assisi room) and/or on Teams.  Each session we will engage in a practice “as the Spirit leads” such as Breath Meditation, Body Scan, Open Awareness meditation, Mindful Movement, Loving Kindness/Metta meditation. ·         Dates:   September 4th,   October 9th,   November 6th,   December 4th,   C.
