Seeds of Thought
At this collaborated event we’ll be providing the space for students to plant and nourish their own seeds metaphorically and physically. Each table will hold a different station, one to provoke discussion, another to decorate pots, and the last to plant the flowers. If the student is on a tight schedule, they can simply leave a thought on a sticky note and take an already potted seed. After receiving verbal instructions on how to care for it (and themselves) for the rest of the semester, the student may continue through the event or, with their day.

Information Table-Vector Marketing
Meet representatives from Vector Marketing. Vector Marketing is a single-level direct sales company that offers college students the opportunity to gain real-world experience, even with little or no prior work background, while building skills they can use in any career. Through hands-on sales and communication training, students learn how to present confidently, manage their time, and work toward personal goals. As representatives, students promote Cutco Cutlery (high-quality kitchen knives and kitchen tools)while developing professional skills across a wide range of majors and industries. Beyond the job itself, many students experience meaningful personal growth, gaining confidence, professionalism, and leadership abilities. Whether students work with Vector part-time during school or choose to continue after graduation, many alumni say the lessons and skills they gained continue to benefit them long after college and positively shape their future careers. All majors welcome.
