Kappa Alpha Theta's Coin Wars
Kappa Alpha Theta will be hosting KAT at Bat, our fall philanthropy event on Sunday, September 27th. This event is a whiffle-ball tournament that is open to the campus to sign up for. All proceeds will be donated to our local and national philanthropy, CASA which stands for Court Appointed Special Advocates. The National CASA/GAL Association for Children supports and promotes court-appointed volunteer advocacy for children and youth who have experienced abuse or neglect.
Coin Wars is a friendly competition that is held prior to KAT at Bat where individuals can donate cash or coins for a specific Greek house to receive or lose points. The house with the highest points at the end of the competition will be recognized at KAT at Bat and will receive a trophy. All proceeds for this will also be donated to CASA/GAL.
