Foundation Scholarship Application Early Bird Deadline

RCC students and prospective students have the opportunity to submit ONE application to be considered for multiple scholarships through the RCC Foundation for the following school year. The RCC Foundation Scholarship Application opened on February 1, 2026. Deadline to add or unregister (drop) classes for Spring 2026

Students can adjust their Spring 2026 course schedules by adding, removing, dropping, registering, or unregistering their courses online through 11:59 p.m. on April 6; however, if they need assistance, the offices close at 5 p.m. To confirm changes, view and print your schedule. Withdraw period begins for Spring 2026

For credit classes, the withdrawal period begins on Tuesday of week 2 after 5 p.m. Beginning spring term 2026, the withdrawal period no longer starts at 12 a.m. on Tuesday of week 2 (immediately after the add/drop deadline). Instead, it will now begin at 5 p.m. on Tuesday of week 2. Students may drop/withdraw from Classes online through their myRogue account. First refund disbursement for Spring 2026

For credit courses, the tuition, fees, and authorized non-institutional charges made on a student's account are deducted from the student's account before disbursing excess proceeds to the student. Reimbursement or refunds from approved grants, scholarships, and Federal Stafford loans are disbursed to students starting at the end of the second week of each term (Friday, April 10, 2026, usually starting around 10 am) and continuing on Tuesdays and Thursdays starting the 14th day of the term.  Find other important dates on the RCC Calendars page. College CLOSED for Juneteenth

Rogue Community College will be closed for Juneteenth, the newest federal holiday marking the day enslaved people in Texas learned they were free, on June 19. Juneteenth is also known as Emancipation Day.  Juneteenth is an annual remembrance of June 19, 1865, when Union soldiers enforced the Emancipation Proclamation of 1863, freeing all remaining slaves in Texas.   In accordance with the Presidential Proclamation enacting this federal holiday, Rogue Community College is committed to the work of promoting equity along with social and racial justice. The name “Juneteenth” is a blend of two words: “June” and “nineteenth.” It's believed to be the oldest African-American holiday, with annual celebrations on June 19th in different parts of the country dating back to 1866.
