There is no refund for a withdrawal and a grade of W is noted on a transcript. The date the student withdraws online is the official last date of attendance. The official drop and withdrawal dates are date-stamped in the college Student Information System.

For credit courses, the tuition, fees, and authorized non-institutional charges made on a student's account are deducted from the student's account before disbursing excess proceeds to the student. Reimbursement or refunds from approved grants, scholarships, and Federal Stafford loans are disbursed to students starting at the end of the second week of each term (Thursday, July 21, 2022, usually starting around 10 am) and continuing on Tuesdays and Thursdays starting the 14th day of the term.

Deadline to add or unregister (drop) classes for Fall 2022
Students can adjust their Fall 2022 course schedules by adding, removing, dropping, registering, or unregistering their courses online through 11:59 p.m. on September 26; however, if they need assistance, the offices close at 5 p.m.
To confirm changes, view and print your schedule. Log in to your myRogue account, look under Registration Resources and then click Printable Student's Schedule.

First day to drop (withdraw) from courses with a "W" grade for Fall 2022
For credit classes, September 27, 2022, begins the Withdraw period and it ends on November 14.
Students may Drop/Withdraw from Classes online through their myRogue account. If they encounter any problems, contact the Registrar's office.
There is no refund for a withdrawal and a grade of W is noted on a transcript. The date the student withdraws online is the official last date of attendance. The official drop and withdrawal dates are date-stamped in the college Student Information System.

Initial refund/stipend for Fall 2022
For credit courses, the tuition, fees, and authorized non-institutional charges made on a student's account are deducted from the student's account before disbursing excess proceeds to the student. Reimbursement or refunds from approved grants, scholarships, and Federal Stafford loans are disbursed to students starting at the end of the second week of each term (Friday, September 30, 2022, usually starting around 10 am) and continuing on Tuesdays and Thursdays starting the 14th day of the term.
Are you expecting a refund? To check, log into your myRogue account and click Account History to see if money was sent to Bankmobile. Then log into Bankmobile to see when they disbursed your refund. RCC delivers your refund with BankMobile Disbursements, a technology solution, powered by BMTX, Inc. You need to select your refund option (How should the payment be returned to you?) as soon as possible to avoid delays to your refund.
