Imagining a Resilient Future Conference
In an era where digital connection is constant, the mental health of young people is being shaped by more than just what happens at school—it’s also influenced by what happens online. Social media and technology can foster creativity and connection, but also pose serious risks, including cyberbullying, social comparison, and emotional dysregulation. These challenges are particularly relevant for educators and mental health professionals seeking to support students’ social-emotional well-being in a rapidly changing world. This professional development workshop is designed to help school-based professionals respond to these realities with confidence and care. Grounded in a Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) framework, participants will learn how to promote digital well-being and mental health across universal, targeted, and individualized supports.
