Community of Readers

The Leatherby Libraries is thrilled to announce the 18th Annual Community of Readers (CoR) beginning June 1, 2026, and ending on August 13, 2026. CoR is a summer reading program created to encourage Chapman students, staff, faculty, and alumni to engage with reading and community discussions.  Participants will read a book (physical or e-book) and submit a 2-3 sentence review to the CoR blog to be entered to win a prize! If you are looking for books to check out, feel free to search the Leatherby Libraries' extensive catalog!  Meetings will take place at noon on June 25, July 23, and August 13. Prize drawings will occur at these meetings. Labyrinth

The Chapman Labyrinth is based on the 12th century design in the nave of Chartres Cathedral, France. Labyrinths come in many shapes and have been important in a number of spiritual and secular traditions dating back 4,000 years.
