The LGBTQIA+ Accountability Group will gather for professional development aimed to help you gain knowledge, skills, awareness, and action ideas that will support an inclusive campus and classroom culture for our LGBTQIA+ students and employees. The accountability group is called Employees for LGBTQIA+ Advocacy and is intended for employees who want to expand their knowledge of supporting LGBTQIA+ individuals and communities. Accountability groups hold themselves responsible for their goals and actions and acknowledge the values of other groups to which they don’t belong, within the context of equity work.
