Translating Bioengineering Discovery and Innovation into Industry and Societal Impact,
Explore how a foundation in bioengineering and related disciplines can evolve into translational impact through structured engagement with industry and external partners. Drawing from his experience developing externally sponsored projects and leading the Healthcare Innovation and Design program, Dr. Prashanth Asuri will illustrate how engineering students can extend their learning beyond the classroom to address real-world healthcare challenges. He will also present models for integrating interdisciplinary training, applied research, and workforce development within engineering education.
