Mindfulness Meditation Circle

This experiential weekly circle introduces participants to mindfulness as a practical tool for building emotional resilience and managing stress. Labyrinth

The Chapman Labyrinth is based on the 12th century design in the nave of Chartres Cathedral, France. Labyrinths come in many shapes and have been important in a number of spiritual and secular traditions dating back 4,000 years. This experiential weekly circle introduces participants to mindfulness as a practical tool for building emotional resilience and managing stress. Through guided meditation practices, breathing exercises, and reflective activities, attendees will learn to cultivate present-moment awareness and develop healthy responses to challenging situations.
