Mindfulness Meditation Circle
This experiential weekly circle introduces participants to mindfulness as a practical tool for building emotional resilience and managing stress. Through guided meditation practices, breathing exercises, and reflective activities, attendees will learn to cultivate present-moment awareness and develop healthy responses to challenging situations. The session emphasizes practical applications of mindfulness in daily life, providing participants with a toolkit of techniques they can use to maintain mental clarity and emotional balance during difficult times.
