Join us at the Student Leadership Conference from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Monday, January 12, 2026 on the Oceanside Campus. This semi-annual conference is open to all currently enrolled students at MiraCosta College. Please join us for a full day of learning and fun, as we provide opportunities to develop and advance your leadership skills.
Sessions include such topics as marketing, budget/fiscal services, event planning, leading meetings, interpersonal skills, communication, time management, leading others, cultural competence, navigating conflict, advocacy, balance and self-care, campus resources, etc.
