Oceanside Jazz Festival - Vocal
Performing Arts
Some of the jazz industry’s top voices (Trist Curless, Genevieve Artadi, and Michael Mayo) come together to sing the music of one of the most beloved jazz vocal groups—Lambert, Hendricks, and Ross (LH&R). This stunning live show is a tribute to LH&R classics, as well as individual performances that perpetuate the art of vocalese, as mastered by vocalist Jon Hendricks. Even better, the vocalists will share the stage with MiraCosta College’s award winning ensembles—Frequency Vocal Jazz Ensemble & MOJO big band, directed by Matt Falker and Steve Torok.
