Now in its sixth year, New Student Convocation has become a signature tradition at Northern State University—formally welcoming our newest Wolves to campus. As the ceremonial “bookend” to Commencement, this event marks the beginning of each student’s academic journey and inspires them to return in four years as proud NSU graduates. All students, families, faculty, staff, alumni, and community members are invited to attend this meaningful celebration of new beginnings. Accessibility accommodations—including captioning and assistive listening devices—will be available. Student Affairs is committed to making our events accessible to all participants. If you need accommodations or have questions about accessibility, please contact Student Accessibility Services at 605-626-3007.
