Noon Forum - Professor to Fiction Writer
The Noon Forum for Wednesday, December 10, 2025 will be presented by Professor of German, Dr. Ginny Lewis. Her topic is "From Professor to Fiction Writer".
Dr. Lewis imagined she would be slipping out of the professor role she played for 37 years when she retired and turned her attention to writing contemporary fiction. Instead, she discovered her readers and YouTube audience still latch onto the professor in her when she writes and presents. Once a professor, always a professor!
The Noon Forum is held in the NSU Beulah Williams Library Round Room from 12-1pm on Wednesdays and is sponsored by the College of Arts and Sciences.

Aberdeen Community Concert Association presents: GQ (Gentlemen’s Quartet)
GQ (Gentlemen’s Quartet) is a modern, elegant take on some of the most famous music ever written, fusing together multiple genres in a perfect symphony of sophistication, virtuosity, and humor. Comprised of cello/mandocello, electric guitar/bass, percussion, piano and violin, with special appearances by female vocalist Erin Shields, their concerts offer audiences a new, often deeper, way of listening to music.
