Mindful Monday-Yin Yoga Series

Student Life & Activities Mindful Monday-Yin Yoga Series: Join the Wellness Center’s Sabeth Jackson (RYT 200) in the Recreation Center for a meditative form of movement called Yin Yoga. Yin Yoga incorporates mostly seated postures that are held for longer periods of time, leading to deep stretching, greater awareness of where we are holding tension, and greater awareness of our thoughts. There will be lots of modifications offered for different bodies and levels of flexibility. Kellon Benson began IT work at CWU's Help Desk as a student and shortly after became an intern in the Information Security Services department. Soon, Kellon was a full-time security analyst where responsibilities included: digital forensics, network security monitoring, risk assessment and security reviews.
