Red Eagle” a landmark exhibition celebrating the life, legacy, and creative force of one of the Salish communities most impactful indigenous voices. Philip H. Red Eagle is a Vietnam Veteran, visual artist, author, activist, and canoe carver whose work and dedication to service in the military, indigenous community, and the arts span over 50 years. This comprehensive retrospective brings together writings, photographs, carvings, and archival materials that reflect Red Eagle’s unwavering commitment to cultural preservation, indigenous sovereignty, and artistic exploration.

Outreach Calendar
In order to be prepared to use the online college registration system called CTC Link, new Running Start students are required to attend Running Start Class Registration Orientation (RSO). This must be completed BEFORE you register for classes and AFTER you’ve completed admissions steps 1-5 on the Running Start Steps to Enroll webpage.
RSO is offered virtually or in person at both the Olympia and Lacey campus. Parents, guardians or other supports are welcome to come with you (up to 2 per student) but cannot come in place of you! Students must RSVP for a session & attend. Walk ins will only be accommodated if there are no shows to the in-person sessions.

The SPSCC Choirs present a night of classical and modern holiday music on Friday, December 5, at 7:30 p.m. at the Kenneth J. Minneart Center of the Arts Main Stage. The evening’s program features works by Benjamin Britten, Chiara Margarita Cozzolani, Gabriel Fauré John Rutter, and a tribute to the late Quincy Jones, as well as special guests, Timberline High School Chamber Choir, under the direction of Terry Shaw.
Admission for each concert is a suggested $15 donation at the door. Entrance is free to SPSCC students, staff, and faculty.

SPSCC Orchestra: Clippers and Saints
Arts & Entertainment Calendar
The SPSCC Symphony Orchestra, conducted by Nickolas Carlson, presents Clippers and Saints on Saturday, December 6, at 7:30 p.m. at the Kenneth J. Minneart Center of the Arts Main Stage. The orchestra is joined by the Saint Martin’s University Wind Ensemble, conducted by Laura Harper. The orchestra will play Brahms’ buoyant Academic Festival Overture and the first symphony written and published by an American woman, Amy Beach’s “Gaelic” Symphony. This symphony is full of passion and evokes the iconic landscapes and cultural richness of Scotland.
Admission for each concert is a suggested $15 donation at the door. Entrance is free to SPSCC students, staff, and faculty. The Music Department concerts are sponsored in part by R.L. Ray Violin Shop.

Important Dates
Once the Wait List turns off for the quarter at 9 am, the Wait Lists and all names on them are deleted. There is no longer a Wait List.
If a class has open seats, then you can enroll yourself into those classes online through your ctcLink account. If the class is full, you can try to email the Instructor directly to ask their permission to be enrolled into the class by having the capacity overridden.
If the Instructor responds giving you permission, come to the One-Stop at the Olympia Campus in Building 22, 2nd floor to enroll into the class. The other option is to forward the email to Enrollment Services (enroll@spscc.edu). In the email, include your Name, ctcLink ID Number, Name of the Class, and the Class Number. Once this information is received, then your request will be processed and you will receive a response.

In order to be prepared to use the online college registration system called CTC Link, new Running Start students are required to attend Running Start Class Registration Orientation (RSO). This must be completed BEFORE you register for classes and AFTER you’ve completed admissions steps 1-5 on the Running Start Steps to Enroll webpage.
RSO is offered virtually or in person at both the Olympia and Lacey campus. Parents, guardians or other supports are welcome to come with you (up to 2 per student) but cannot come in place of you! Students must RSVP for a session & attend. Walk ins will only be accommodated if there are no shows to the in-person sessions.

In order to be prepared to use the online college registration system called CTC Link, new Running Start students are required to attend Running Start Class Registration Orientation (RSO). This must be completed BEFORE you register for classes and AFTER you’ve completed admissions steps 1-5 on the Running Start Steps to Enroll webpage.
RSO is offered virtually or in person at both the Olympia and Lacey campus. Parents, guardians or other supports are welcome to come with you (up to 2 per student) but cannot come in place of you! Students must RSVP for a session & attend. Walk ins will only be accommodated if there are no shows to the in-person sessions.
